If you have an unregistered card or do not have a card please complete the Contact Form below to submit a comment, report a card lost, stolen or damaged or to request ORCA information. When submitting a comment about your ORCA card or a fare transaction, please include your ORCA card serial number. It is useful if you can provide details of the ORCA issue along with date and time of the incident, route number or bus number, train station or ferry terminal.
